​Sơ lược về công việc

We are the 1st BtoB supply company in the F&B industry with technology in Vietnam. We are committing to streamline inefficient supply chains from farmers/producers/importers till F&B business in Vietnam by using technology.

Vai trò & Trách nhiệm

1. SALES:
- Research prospects: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field prospection, cold calling, networking and social medias
- Find potential customers with demand for Food & Beverage products: Vegetables, fruits, spices, dry food, soft drinks, etc. Target customers: Hotels, Cafés, Bars, Pubs, online food delivery stores, retail food stores, etc.
- Set up meetings with potential customers and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Build relationship with prospects: Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Kamereo's products, services and solutions to potential customers, answer queries and offer advice to maximize the chance to win the deal
- Establish new business: Offer a solution to the potential leads, handle objections, negotiate and close the deal to convert them as long-term customers
- Ensure stock availability for demonstration (samples) and first sales
- Guide the new customers on "How it works when working with Kamereo": How to create an account on Kamereo's ordering system, ordering, delivery and payment process.
- Coordinate with the Account Management team to ensure the best customer service at all times.
- Update the status of potential leads/customers on the CRM system for further follow up
- Gather feedback from new customers and prospects and share with internal teams
- Work towards monthly targets and ensure to reach the company's objective in terms of potential leads / new customers
- Build and maintain professional networks to increase potential for new business opportunities
- Keep up-to-date on current market changes and trends to identify improvements or recommend new products

- Be a creative force: Do not hesitate to propose initiatives or new ideas to improve the working process aiming at company's development
- Be flexible and adaptable: Always be ready to try new ideas, to embrace the change for further development

Trình độ & Yêu cầu

- Experience in Sales is a plus, but not mandatory as long as you have the right attitude and the willing to learn!
- Passionate about sales: Candidates should really love sales & business development job, enjoy and get excited about consulting, meeting and interacting with customers, especially business owners and those who work in restaurants, cafes, bars, and pubs. , start-ups, etc.
- Telesales skills is an advantage
- Ability to negotiate
- Good communication
- Hard working, resilient & patient, and not afraid of challenges
- Self-motivated and driven by targets, desire to deliver results
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Basic skills in MS Office

Lương thưởng & Phúc lợi

- Salary: Competitive Salary
- Salary review twice a year
- 13 month bonus
- Working time is 9:00 - 17:30 with 30 min lunch break, 5 days/week
- Annual Leave is 12 days/year
