​Sơ lược về công việc

KAMEREO is the first tech enabled supply chain start-up in F&B space. We help small-mid F&B stores to purchase ingredients faster, better and cheaper. We work directly with farmers and producers with big volumes and give better prices for our customers. Business Development Manager will manage a team of business development whose mission is onboarding as many as marchants to purchase from our platform.

Vai trò & Trách nhiệm

- Manage both internal and outsource business development team in Ho Chi Minh City
- Directly report to the CEO and responsible for business development team performance
- Make sure business development team to record all data and activity in CRM system(Hubspot) in daily basis
- Find out problem in sales process, propose and implement Kaizen idea
- Recruiting and evaluating business development team performance

Trình độ & Yêu cầu

- Business level English and Native Vietnamese
- Able to use and master CRM system we use *We use Hubspot
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from sales plan to close the deal.
- Ideally, experience within HORECA, MT, FMCG Retail sales channel.

Lương thưởng & Phúc lợi

- Base Salary + Incentive Bonus & 13-month bonus based on company bonus structure & policy
- 2 months probation with 100% of gross salary
- Working hours : 8 hours/day
- Work address : 18/40 Nguyen Cuu Van, Ward 17, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
- Salary review twice a year (Salary change from Jan and July every year)
- Annual Leave is 12 days/year (using after probation period)
- Potential Stock Option opportunity
- Legal insurance, employee entertainment activities
The position will be reported directly to the CEO/ Head of Business Growth Division depending on the company structure and strategy.
