​Sơ lược về công việc

KAMEREO is the first tech-enabled supplier in Vietnam. We supply to hundreds of restaurants, cafes, bars, and hotels. Our customers place the daily orders via our in-house applications. We keep improving them to provide a better experience for our customers. The engineering team at KAMEREO also builds & operates the internal applications to support the daily activities of our internal users such as customer support members and warehouse teams.
The engineering team is responsible for not only developing new features but also for the investigation of production issues to ensure the stable operation of our services. Our target users are different for each application. You must understand those differences and reflect on the final products.
In this role, you discuss the architectural design & implementation with team members and then develop the backend applications. As a team member, you are actively involved in team process improvement and contribute to the team meeting. Also, you always think about what’s the real problem and solve it from the root rather than delivering the workaround.

1. Customer service:
- Be the supporting role among CS team to help maintain an excellent relationship with the customers
- Monitor the progress of order completion with the Operation Team and inform the customers about product availability, delivery status, payment process on delivery, etc.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, provide suitable and reasonable solutions following the company's guidelines in a timely manner
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Keep track of daily, weekly incidents and collaborate with other teams for improvements
- Follow up with account owners on service change requests
- Brainstorm, test and execute new processes to enhance delivery service
- Survey customer satisfaction and customer’s opinion about service, new product, etc.
- Support Operation Teams on End-to-End delivery process

2. Kaizen - Continuous improvement:
- Be a creative force: Do not hesitate to propose initiatives or new ideas to improve the working process aiming at company's development
- Be flexible and adaptable: Always be ready to try new ideas, to embrace the change for further development

Trình độ & Yêu cầu

- Experience in Sales or Customer Service is a plus, but not mandatory as long as you have the right attitude and the willing to learn!
- Passionate about sales and customer service: Candidates should really love sales & business development job, enjoy and get excited about consulting, meeting and interacting with customers, especially business owners and those who work in restaurants, cafes, bars, and pubs. , start-ups, etc.
- Telesales skills is an advantage
- Ability to negotiate
- Good communication
- Hard working, resilient & patient, and not afraid of challenges
- Self-motivated and driven by targets, desire to deliver results
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Basic skills in MS Office
