KAMEREO is the first tech-enabled supplier in Vietnam. We supply to hundreds of restaurants, cafes, bars, and hotels. Our customers place the daily orders via our in-house applications. We keep improving them to provide a better experience for our customers. The engineering team at KAMEREO also builds & operates the internal applications to support the daily activities of our internal users such as customer support members and warehouse teams.
Vai trò & Trách nhiệm
- Lead team to acquire new customers in Food Chain, Modern Trade, Hotel, Convention, Factory & Catering segments to meet the business’s growth target.
- Conduct sample testings, customer’s warehouse visits to facilitate the onboarding.
- Develop different price offers to serve different customer’s needs.
- Work with relevant teams such as Supply Chain, Operations and Accounting to ensure smooth daily deliveries to customers.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews to ensure the margin of each customer is as expected.
- Come up with new SKU suggestions, design and run various sales campaigns to increase sales.
- Further enhance the company's value propositions and uniqueness to this customer segment.
- Collaborate with Accounting to address any issues related to payment happening between Kamereo and customers.
- Recruit, train and develop required skill sets for the Key Account team.
- Perform other assigned tasks from the line manager.
Trình độ & Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years experience in KA of F&B.
- Proven work experience as Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or relevant role
- Experience in Sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Logical thinking, problem-solving, good communication & strong leadership
- Proactive, self-motivation, result-focus, eager to learn new things.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Working time is 9:00 - 17:30, 5 days/week
Annual Leave is 12 days/year
