KAMEREO is the first tech-enabled supplier in Vietnam. We supply to hundreds of restaurants, cafes, bars, and hotels. Our customers place the daily orders via our in-house applications. We keep improving them to provide a better experience for our customers. The engineering team at KAMEREO also builds & operates the internal applications to support the daily activities of our internal users such as customer support members and warehouse teams.

SALES
- Research prospects: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field prospection, cold calling, networking, and social media
- Find potential customers with demand for Food & Beverage products: vegetables, fruits, spices, dry food, soft drinks, etc. Target customers: Hotels, Cafés, Bars, Pubs, online food delivery stores, retail food stores, etc.
- Set up meetings with potential customers and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Build relationships with prospects: prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Kamereo's products, services, and solutions to potential customers, answer queries, and offer advice to maximize the chance to win the deal
- Establish new business: offer a solution to the potential leads, handle objections, negotiate and close the deal to convert them into long-term customers
- Ensure stock availability for demonstration (samples) and first sales
- Guide the new customers on "How it works when working with Kamereo": how to create an account on - Kamereo's ordering system, ordering, delivery, and payment process.
- Coordinate with the Account Management team to ensure the best customer service at all times.
- Update the status of potential customers on the CRM system for further follow-up
- Gather feedback from new customers and share it with internal teams
- Work towards monthly targets and ensure reach the company's objective in terms of potential new customers
- Build and maintain professional networks to increase the potential for new business opportunities
- Keep up-to-date on current market changes and trends to identify improvements or recommend new products

Trình độ & Yêu cầu

- Experience in Sales is a plus, but not mandatory as long as you have the right attitude and the willingness to learn!
- Passionate about sales: candidates should love sales & business development jobs, and get excited about consulting, meeting, and interacting with customers, especially business owners and those who work in restaurants, cafes, bars, and pubs. , start-ups, etc.
- Telesales skill is an advantage
- Ability to negotiate
- Good communication
- Hard-working, resilient & patient, and not afraid of challenges
- Self-motivated and driven by targets, desire to deliver results
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Basic skills in MS Office

- Salary : Competitive Salary
- Salary review one a year
- Working time is 9:00 - 17:30 with 30 min lunch break, 5 days/week
- Annual Leave is 12 days/year
